Whitman Hill Wine Collective members are at the heart of our estate. Membership offers year-round benefits tailored by tier, from preferred pricing on our limited-production wines to member-exclusive events and experiences. As part of the Collective, you are warmly invited to visit the property with priority access to tastings and gatherings at Whitman Hill Winery.

Membership FAQs
Is there a cost to join the Whitman Hill Wine Collective?
There are no fees to join at either Collective level. The only membership cost is the price of the wines included in each allocation, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
When do Collective member benefits begin?
Wine Collective benefits begin once your wine purchases equal your club allocation (for example, a six-bottle member begins benefits after purchasing six bottles). Member discounts and benefits are applied to the wines purchased to reach your allocation amount.
Can my benefits be extended to family and friends?
We love it when members bring family and friends to experience Whitman Hill Winery. However, the Collective member listed on the account and/or their spouse/partner must be present to use complimentary tastings and member discounts. Benefits apply only to the people listed on the account.
May I customize the wines in my allocation?
Yes, Collective members can customize their allocations. We do our best to put together a great selection of our limited-production wines for each release, and you are always welcome to make changes when the allocation opens. If you have questions or need help customizing, please contact our membership team.
How long is my Collective membership commitment?
We hope you will enjoy the benefits of your Collective membership for many years to come. However, we ask that you commit to at least one year (two allocations).
When will my wine be shipped?
Allocations are shipped twice a year in the spring and fall (usually early May and October), weather permitting. We will not ship wines during weather events when temperatures are forecasted to be above 85 degrees or below freezing.
Can I pick up my shipment?
Absolutely. We would love to see you and will have your wines ready when you arrive. Members who choose to pick up their allocation must do so within six months of the allocation release date. Allocations not picked up within that time will be shipped at the member’s expense.
When will I be charged for my allocation?
Your card will be charged 5–7 business days before the allocation release/shipping date.
Will I receive notification of release dates and pending charges?
Yes. We will begin sending emails at least 30 days before a release date, followed by reminder emails with instructions on how to customize allocations, and a final email one to two weeks before the allocation release date, before charging your card.
What if I haven’t received any emails from you?
First, please check your spam or junk folders. If you find our emails there, try adding taste@whitmanhillwine.com to your contacts to ensure delivery. If you are not receiving our emails, please contact us at taste@whitmanhillwine.com or by phone at (509) 829-3370.
May I skip a release?
We are in this together. To be fair to all Collective members, we ask that you receive each allocation to maintain your benefits. However, we understand that life can get in the way. Please contact our membership specialist with any questions about your options.
Can I change my membership level?
Yes. You may upgrade your membership level at any time. Downgrading to a lower level is available after you have received your first two allocations at your current membership level.
Membership Details
Members receive two shipments per year in spring and fall, each including six or twelve bottles. Members may add additional bottles at their membership discount. Credit cards are billed twice a year and reflect club pricing plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Members must be 21 or older.
Shipments may be picked up at the Zillah tasting room or shipped via UPS at a preferred rate. We can hold pickup packages in our tasting room for up to 90 days, after which they will be shipped automatically. A business shipping address is recommended. Redirected or reshipped packages may incur additional fees. We monitor the weather and never ship in extreme heat or cold.
Email is our primary form of communication. We never sell or share your information. Members are responsible for keeping their account information current, including email, phone number, shipping address, and payment method.
Cancellation Policy
There is no fee to join. We kindly request a one-year membership commitment, with benefits beginning upon receipt of your first shipment or qualifying six-bottle purchase.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. After your second shipment, there are no cancellation fees. If you cancel before receiving four shipments, we may adjust your account to reflect any discounts that have already been applied.
