Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign for wine deliveries?
All wine deliveries require an adult (21+ years old) signature.
Do you offer temperature-controlled shipping?
While we don’t offer temperature-controlled shipping, we do offer shipping boxes that accommodate ice packs to keep wine cool during warmer months for an additional charge.
What happens if I miss a shipment?
UPS will try to deliver three times. After the third attempt wine will be shipped back to the winery. Customer will be responsible for additional charges associated with missed delivery.
When do you pause shipping due to weather?
When temperatures are expected below freezing, or above 80 degrees anywhere along the delivery route.
Why can’t you ship to certain states?
Certain State prohibit wine deliveries from out of State wineries.
