At Whitman Hill, philanthropy is personal. Scott and Denise Whitman have faced cancer in their own family, and that experience shapes their commitment to supporting access to exceptional care here in the Yakima Valley.
Our cornerstone effort is Crush for Cancer, an annual harvest fundraiser benefiting cancer services at MultiCare’s North Star Lodge in Yakima. The weekend includes a seated wine-paired dinner, followed by a day at the estate with grape stomping, live music, food, games, and activities for all ages. A portion of event proceeds and wine sales are donated to help fund advanced treatment, supportive services, and compassionate care for patients and families.
